Hawaii hotels enjoy occupancy increase on modest rate gain

Hotel occupancy in Hawaii rose last week while average daily room rates increased on all but one island, according to the weekly report by Hospitality Advisors LLC and STR Inc.  The statewide occupancy rate during the week of Nov. 22-28 was 75.4 percent, which was 3.4 percentage points higher than the same week a year ago. [Full Article]
